Construction Of A Line Parallel To Given Line- 50 Meter Dash

Learning Outcomes

  1. Students will be able to understand the concept of parallel line formation
  2. They will able to draw parallel line on their note book.

Description Of Activity

How to play

  1. All the students line up on the ground and with the help of P.E.T
  2. First of all we draw  50 Meter imaginary straight line segment  with the help of measuring tape.
  3. At the first end point of imaginary line,  we can draw right angle on  it and mark point X ON FIRST RIGHT ANGLE (i.e) 8 Meter  with the help of measuring tape.
  4. Similarly at the other end point of line we draw right angle and mark point 8 meter point on y and join point X Y
    We find this line is parallel to given line.
  5. Similarly we draw many lines parallel to given lines.
  6. 50 Meter dash,Three leg race, Sack race,One leg.
  7. Now by this activity all the students should learn how to draw a line parallel to given line.
  8. Student will learn coordination, unity, to develop sportsman spirit, all round development of child i.e physically , mentally, emotionally and socially.

Coaching Tips

All the players runs in their given lanes.No foul start expect able.( i.e start is given by proper command) on your marks, set, clap/whistle Winner will be decided by time taken.( only first , second and third will be awarded)
