Description Of Activity

Two Kho Kho Teams will be formed with refree .The captain will divide the teams into three groups and the best runners will be selected to run in the first group who will consume more time to save points and while chasing pass will be given  frequently to the best runner who will help to secure more points .Captain will substitute players  to give proper rest in order to win the game.

Variations

suitable example of some other games like kabbadi ,volley ball may also be given as an examples.

Coaching Tips

The contents will be explained highlighting the meaning and classification of resources according to their origin
