1)Take all students of one class on grounds
2)Make the separate group according to the strength of students
3)Mark the 100m straight line on the track/ground
4) Mark the 100 m starting point and finish point
5)Ask to one group to stand over the starting point in the track and other group will take time of the runner and note in the copy
6)Other group will calculate the speed of runner group
7)After getting the result we can compare the speed of the student who is fast and slow
We can use the track field and play ground etc
We can improve the students fitness ,speed etc
