1) Take all students of one class on ground
2)Make the separate group according to strength of students
3)Mark the 100 m straight line on track/ground
4)Mark the 100m starting line and finishing point
5)Ask to one group to stand over the starting point in the track and other group will take time of the runner and note in the copy
6)After getting the results we can compare the speed of the students who is fast and slow
We can use the track field and play ground etc
We can improve the student's fitness,speed etc
Play field or track ,measuring tape paper,pen,line powder, rope, whistle/clapper/bell etc
