Description Of Activity

How to play

1. The students will be taken to basket ball court..
2. The teacher will explain the students that there are two "D" shaped areas are there on both the ends of the court.
3. The area inside the "D"  indicates the Non Renewable Resources and out side areaof "D" indicates  Renewable Resources.
4. Now teacher will explain that if they shoot the ball from out side the"D" they will get 4 points and if theyb shoot the ball entering into the"D" ,they eill get 2 points.
5. In order to get more points the students will use Renewable Resource Areas and hence learn to conserve the resources

Variations

Variation can be done on rewarding the points .

Coaching Tips

Encourage the students to shoot the ball by using the "D" area which indicates the conservation of resources.
