Description Of Activity
How to Play :
Divided the class of 40 students into 4 groups of 10 students and name them as 1,2,3 &4 or something else.
The game is played with all the students outside circle attempting to hit players on the inside of the circle with the ball.
Choose 5 to 10nstudents to start in the center of the circle.
If a player on the inside is hit from the waist down, she/he must be declared out and immediately leave the area.
Only defending players should be inside the circle
The offensive players will play from outside the circle.
When a whole team is out, they switch.
Rules:
Players on the offence:
Will hit the defenders below their waist only.
Offensive players will throw, roll or toss the ball from outside the circle, entering the circle or cutting the line is a foul.
Offensive players will retrieve the ball at their own that is deflected outside the circle or rest inside the circle.
Players on the defense:
Can defend themselves by hopping, jumping, tucking, diving, rolling, leg splits, using underhand skills of volleyball etc.
Defensive player can not hit the ball deliberately to send it too far that kills the time of offense.
Defensive player, if goes out of bounds(circle) then will be declared out.

Students in Groups 1 and 2 will be allowed to play in the absence of an umpire or judge after being informed of the rules, while the remaining two Groups 3 and 4 will be played in the presence of an umpire or judge.
Groups 1 and 2 without an umpire or judge will represent the System in which the judiciary is absent, while teams 3 and 4 without an umpire or judge will represent the country with the presence of the judiciary system.
Teams 1 and 2 will continue to fight during the course of the game even though teams 1 and 2 are aware of the rules because the parties hearing the violations of the rules are absent. In the end the disputes escalate and chaos ensues and the game ends in discontent.
On the other hand, team 1 and 2 are aware of the rules, but to resolve the disputes arising during the game, the game is conducted systematically in the presence of umpire or judge and the decision of winning and losing is also done easily. .
In this way students will be able to get acquainted with the main functions of court, settlement of disputes and judicial review in sports.

Till defenders are all out: time is recorded.
Limited time duration.
Scoring:
Total time of defense is recorded in score card of defending team.
In the given duration, numbers of defensive teams player made out are score of offensive team.
Result:
The team that gets opponent out in lesser time will be the winner.
The team gets more opponents out in given duration is winner.
Coaching Tips
Before You Start
Discuss safety rules first, especially regarding the ball hitting only from the waist down. Have a consequence ready for throwing above the waist and enforce it.
Remind students that the throwers stay outside of the circle.
Equipment/Material Required
Playing Surface: A plain clay, turf or synthetic surface with the dimension of a circle (playing area) of 5m radius, Ball, Measuring tape, lime powder.
