Description Of Activity

Make a marking on the ground of the kabaddi court. divide a class into 2 teams. Name the student's satellites and planets.

The match will be played between 2 teams, satellites, and planets

Game to be played in the round of 10 min.

:-The team will be standing facing each other.

:-Team satellite chases the player of team planet and comes back.

:- Team planet chases the player of team satellite and comes back.

If the satellites team touches the player of the planet team then the satellite team will get 1 point. if the satellite team player has been caught by the planet team then the planet team will get 1 point.

After 10min the match will end. The team that scores more points will be declared the winner.

 

 

 

Variations

In case of more no of players . the scoring points system can be simplified by changing the point system to uniform as 2 points per raid by raiding team and 2 points for a tackle for defending team.

Coaching Tips

Encourage children to pace appropriately so that they increase pace towards the end. They should practice this regularly
