Description Of Activity

A cricket tournament  was held among  6 teams   Team A ,  team B,Team C ,Team D,Team E and team F.

First match was held between Team A and Team B

Team A won the toss and decided to  bat first and scored 152 runs in 20 overs.

Team B scored 139 runs

Team a won  the match by 13 runs.

 

second match was held between Team C and Team D

Team D won the toss and decided to  bat first and scored 171 runs in 20 overs.

Team B scored 159 runs.

Team D won the match by 12 runs.

 

Third match was held between Team E and Team F

Team E won the toss and decided to  bat first and scored 162 runs in 20 overs.

Team F scored 162  runs.

then the was tie up and they proceed for super over or other rules for winner.

 

 

Team E won the match by 10 runs.

They learn the properties through sports

Closure property of addition and subtraction of integers

If a and b are two integers then a+b= c  is also an integer and a-b=d is also an integer 

Commutative property, associative property ,additive identity ,additive inverse can be learn through this activity
