Activity
Improve dodging, evasion, and quick directional changes.
Develop accurate throwing skills using foam/soft balls.
Enhance reaction time and awareness of moving objects.
Demonstrate teamwork, fair play, and safe play rules.
Students stand in a circle (arms distance apart).
Choose 12 throwers who stand outside the circle with soft balls.
Throwers try to gently throw the ball toward players inside the circle below waist level.
Players inside must dodge, jump, or move to avoid being touched by the ball without leaving the circle.
If a player is hit, they step out and join the outer ring as additional throwers.
The game continues until only one player remains in the circle that player becomes the winner.
Time Survival: Students remain inside the circle for 30–60 seconds and count how many survive.
Smaller Circle: Reduces space, increases difficulty.
Multiple Balls: Add more foam balls to increase challenge.
Team Dodge: Two teams switch roles between throwers and dodgers after each round.
Encourage quick sideways movement (shuffling).
Keep knees soft and stay light on feet.
Throw softly and safely.
Players must not push or collide.
Soft/foam balls (2–4 depending on group size)
Cones to mark the circle
Whistle (optional)
