Agility, Balance, and Co-ordination fundamentals
Two cones are placed 10m apart, the start/finish line next to one of the cones. The subject starts at one cone, runs to the second cone and around it, and then returns to the first cone, runs around it and then across start/finish. One practice trial and two test trials with maximal effort are performed with a short resting period between each trial.Put the 2 tall cones about 3-4m apart
Facing forwards, move side-to-side in and out of the cones in a figure of 8
Complete 10 laps
Then do the same while holding a basketball
The stopwatch is started with the starting command "go" and stopped when the subject returns to the start/finish line. The fastest time of two trials is recorded.
