Activity
Students form a large circle, evenly spaced.
One or two balls start with selected players.
On the teachers command, players pass the ball around the circle (clockwise or anti-clockwise).
Each player must receive the ball with soft hands, control it, and quickly pass it to the next player.
The goal is to keep the ball moving smoothly without dropping.
Once students master this, introduce faster pace, additional balls, or direction change.
Two-Ball Challenge: Introduce a second ball in the circle to increase reaction time.
Reverse Direction: Change passing direction on teacher’s whistle.
Across-the-Circle Passing: Players pass to someone directly opposite (adds difficulty).
Speed Round: Time how many passes can be completed in 30 seconds.
Move & Pass: Players walk slowly in a circle while passing.
Step forward while passing.
Keep eyes on the ball while receiving.
Communicate ("Ready!", "Pass!").
Hold hands in correct catching shape (W-shape / soft cradle).
Pass at chest level for accuracy.
1–3 soft balls / basketballs / playground balls
Cones to mark circle (optional)
