Activity
Improve throwing and rolling accuracy toward a target area.
Develop teamwork and cooperation under time pressure.
Increase agility and quick decision-making.
Understand spatial awareness while moving safely.
Divide the play area into two equal courts using cones or a center line.
Split students into two teams, one on each side.
Scatter soft balls, beanbags, or small objects evenly across both sides.
On the teachers whistle, teams try to clean their yard by throwing or rolling all objects into the opponents yard.
Players keep throwing items back and forth until time is up (3060 seconds).
When the whistle blows, count the objects in each teams yard.
Team with the least number of items wins the round.
Rolling Only: Students must roll objects under the line—safer for beginners.
One-Hand Only: Players use only dominant or non-dominant hand.
Zones: Divide yards into zones; certain zones give bonus points if cleaned.
Obstacle Yard: Add cones as barriers players must throw around.
Team Relay Clean: Only one player at a time can pick and throw.
Use controlled throws (underhand is safer).
Keep eyes up and be aware of others when bending or picking.
Quick pickup, quick release.
Aim toward open space on the other side.
Soft balls / beanbags / foam objects (20–40 items)
Cones or markers to divide the field
