Dynamic Stretches: Arm circles, torso twists, leg swings (front & back) to loosen up major muscle groups.
Static Stretches: Gentle holds for hamstrings, quads, and calves to improve flexibility for stance work.

Introduction:
Briefly explain the importance of stances in Taekwondo, especially the Charyeot Sogi.
Discuss the meaning of Charyeot (attention) and Sogi (standing posture).
Demonstrate the Charyeot Sogi yourself, emphasizing key points.

Practice Breakdown:

Legs: Knees slightly bent, weight evenly distributed.
Posture: Stand tall with a straight back, shoulders relaxed, and core engaged.
Arms: Fists lightly clenched with thumbs resting on the side of your thighs.
