Push the ball toward the ground for each dribble, maintaining a high bounce (around the waist or chest height).
Keep the head up, eyes looking forward, not at the ball.
Students practice dribbling in place with their dominant hand for 2 minutes, focusing on proper technique.
Switch hands and repeat for 2 minutes.
High Dribble with Change of Direction:
