Students line up behind each lane.
One at a time, each student steps forward and kicks the ball toward the target using inside foot or laces.
After kicking, the student retrieves the ball and returns to the end of the line.
Rotate after 510 kicks or switch target distances.
Rolling Ball Kick: Partner gently rolls the ball; player kicks it while moving.
Dribble & Strike: Students dribble first, then strike toward the target.
Distance Levels: Targets placed close, medium, and far—students progress through levels.
Team Points Game: Teams earn points for hitting targets or knocking down cones.
One-Step Kick: Students must kick using only one step before striking.
Plant the non-kicking foot beside the ball, pointing toward the target.
Swing the kicking leg smoothly.
