Warm-up (5 minutes):
Light jog around the court for 1 minute.
High knees and butt kicks for 30 seconds each.
Dribble in place for 30 seconds, focusing on changing hands.
Activity Description (10-15 minutes):
Grab the balls: Stand with two basketballs (or tennis balls for beginners) one in each hand (dominant and non-dominant).
Start slow: Begin dribbling both balls at the same time, keeping the dribbles low and using your fingertips for control.
Build speed: Gradually increase your dribbling speed while maintaining control of both balls.
Dribble in place: Practice dribbling for 30 seconds to 1 minute, focusing on staying balanced and keeping the balls close to the ground.
Add movement: Once comfortable, start walking forward, backward, or side-shuffling while maintaining control of both balls.
Cool Down (5 minutes):
Walk it out: Recover with a 2-minute walk around the court.
Stretch: Stretch your arms, legs, and core for 1 minute each. Hold light static stretches for 15-30 seconds each.
