Develop basic overhand throwing motion for shooting, improve accuracy towards general areas of a large goal or target.
Use a large goal or create large target zones (high left, high right, low left, low right) using cones or markers. Students stand at a comfortable distance (5-7 meters) and practice throwing the ball into the designated zones. Focus on a smooth arm swing and stepping with the opposite foot.
Award points for hitting specific zones.
