Starting Position:

Grip:

Swing Motion:
Dominant hand swings back like a pendulum.
Step forward with the front foot.
Swing the hand forward and strike the bottom of the ball with the fist or palm heel.
Contact:
Hit through the center-bottom of the ball.
Keep eyes on the ball at contact.
