Player B:
Gets in line with the ball.
Opens body up and uses the inside of the foot to receive.
Controls the ball slightly into space (not stopping dead under the foot).
Plays a return pass back to Player A with the other foot if possible.
Repeat continuously, then swap roles.
One-Touch Pass: After receiving, return the ball with one touch.
Receive & Turn: Player controls with the inside of the foot, turns, and dribbles before passing back.
Add Defender: A passive defender applies light pressure to force quicker decisions.
Moving Target: Both players jog side-to-side while passing/receiving.
Angle the body sideways to face the ball and next target.
Cushion the ball gently with the inside of the foot (relax the ankle).
First touch should take the ball slightly away from pressure.
