Description Of Activity
- Warm-up: Light jogging, arm circles, leg swings, and racket swings.
- Serve and Volley Drill: Pair up players. One player serves, and the other volleys the return. Switch roles after each serve.
- Serve and Volley Race: Divide players into teams of two. The first team to successfully execute 10 consecutive serve-and-volley points wins.
- Serve and Volley Challenge: Set up a target on the net. Players must serve and volley the ball onto the target.
Variations
- Increase the speed of the serves.
- Add spin to the serves.
- Introduce different types of volleys, such as forehand volleys, backhand volleys, and overhead volleys.
Coaching Tips
