Description Of Activity

Give each child a frisbee and ask them to balance it on their hand while standing on one foot.
Children should focus on keeping the frisbee steady and balanced on their hand.
Gradually, ask children to walk across a short distance while maintaining the balance of the frisbee.

Variations

Ask children to balance the frisbee on different parts of their body, such as their head or knee.
Create a challenge where children balance the frisbee while performing other simple tasks, such as hopping or turning.

Coaching Tips

Encourage children to hold the frisbee flat on their palm and maintain a steady hand.
