Description Of Activity

Basic Punches:

Jab: A quick, straight punch with the lead hand.
Cross: A powerful punch with the rear hand, crossing the body.
Hook: A short, bending punch thrown with the elbow bent.
Basic Kicks:
Front Kick: A straightforward kick with the ball of the foot.
Side Kick: A powerful kick thrown sideways with the side of the foot.
Roundhouse Kick: A circular kick thrown with the ball of the foot or the instep.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Warm-up: Light cardio, stretching, and basic kicking and punching drills.
