Front Kick and Punch

Learning Outcomes

Combine Front Kick (Ap Chagi) and Punch (Jireugi) into a fluid combination.

Description Of Activity

Leg swings (front-to-back) - 5 minutes.
Shadow boxing - 5 minutes.

  • Front Kick Execution: Perform a Front Kick (Ap Chagi).
  • Punch Execution: Immediately follow the kick with a Punch (Jireugi) using the opposite hand.
  • Recoil and Reset: Return to Ready Stance after completing the combination.

Variations

For beginners: Practice the kick and punch separately before combining them.
For advanced students: Perform the combination with increasing speed and precision
