Description Of Activity

  • Step and Kick: Step forward with your lead foot and perform a Front Kick (Ap Chagi).
  • Step and Punch: Step forward with the opposite foot and execute a Punch (Jireugi).
  • Side Step and Kick: Practice stepping sideways and following with a Side Kick (Yop Chagi).
  • Recoil and Reset: After the combo, reset to Ready Stance.

Variations

For beginners: Focus on basic footwork with each technique.
For advanced students: Add fluidity and speed with each movement.

Coaching Tips
