Attacking with Counter Techniques

Description Of Activity

  • Defense: Begin in a defensive stance and react to an incoming punch.
  • Counterattack: After evading the attack, perform a Front Kick (Ap Chagi) or Punch (Jireugi) as a counter.
  • Recoil and Reset: Return to Ready Stance after executing the counterattack.

Variations

For beginners: Focus on the basics of defense and counterattack.
For advanced students: Increase speed and practice multiple counters in a row.
