Description Of Activity

  • Attack: Perform a Front Kick (Ap Chagi) or Side Kick (Yop Chagi).
  • Escape: After the attack, step back to maintain distance.
  • Punch: Follow up with a Punch (Jireugi) after the retreat.

Variations

For beginners: Focus on performing the attack and then retreating slowly.
For advanced students: Add speed and improve transitions between attacks and escapes.
