Description Of Activity

Bear Crawl: Have children crawl on all fours, keeping their knees off the ground and moving forward.
Steps: Start with hands and feet on the ground, keeping the back flat, and crawl forward.

Crab Walk: Sit with feet flat on the floor and hands behind you, lift your hips and walk backward.
Steps: Use hands and feet to move backward, keeping the body elevated.

Frog Jumps: Start in a squat position, then jump forward like a frog, landing softly.
Steps: Squat down, place hands on the ground, then jump forward with knees bent.

Variations

For younger children: Slow down the movements to make them more manageable.
For older children: Increase the distance or number of repetitions.

Coaching Tips

Keep the movements slow and controlled to avoid injury.
Encourage children to use their core muscles for stability.
