Description Of Activity

Lay out a large piece of bubble wrap on the floor. Children will walk, stomp, or jump on the bubble wrap to pop the bubbles. This activity helps develop coordination and strengthens leg muscles.

Variations

Create a race or time challenge to see who can pop the most bubbles in a set time.
Ask children to stomp in a particular way (e.g., "hop on one foot while popping bubbles").
