Description Of Activity

Set up a series of cones at increasing distances (5-10 yards apart).
Players dribble the ball from one cone to the next, making sharp turns at each cone while maintaining ball control.

Increase the number of cones or distance between them for more challenging dribbling.
Add a defender who tries to prevent the player from reaching the end point.
