Description Of Activity

One player sets a screen on an opposing defender while their teammate dribbles toward the basket. After setting the screen, the screener rolls to the basket for a pass.

Variations

Add a defender to challenge the pass or the shot.
Switch between different types of screens (off-ball screens).

Coaching Tips

Emphasize proper timing between the ball handler and the screener.
The screener should roll quickly to the basket and be ready to receive the pass.
