Players pair up and pass the ball overhead from one side of the court to the other. They should focus on throwing the ball with both hands, using their whole body to generate strength and accuracy.
Practice with one hand (right and left) for added challenge.
Have players pass over defenders or objects placed in the path to simulate game scenarios.
Remind players to keep their elbows straight and use their core to generate power.
Encourage a follow-through after the pass.
