Eastern Forehand Grip

Learning Outcomes

 Students will be able to recognize the Eastern Forehand Grip when demonstrated by the coach.
Students will be able to articulate (in their own words) how the "shake hands" analogy helps them find the Eastern Forehand Grip.
 Students will be able to explain that this grip is generally good for hitting the ball forward (forehand) and that it feels natural.
 Students will understand the importance of holding the racket safely and how the grip contributes to this.
