Activity
Perform a controlled kick using correct technique.
Improve accuracy by aiming at different targets.
Maintain balance and proper body posture while kicking.
Follow instructions and perform safe kicking in groups.
Mark three target zones using cones or hoops (close, medium, far).
Students line up behind the starting cone.
One ball is placed in front of the first student.
The student kicks the ball and tries to land it inside one of the target zones.
Zone 1 (closest) = 1 point
Zone 2 (middle) = 2 points
Zone 3 (farthest) = 3 points
After kicking, students retrieve the ball and join the back of the line.
Continue until every child gets 35 kicks.
