Each student starts with a ball in an open space.
On the teachers signal Dash!, students dribble quickly to a designated line, cone, or zone.
Students must keep soft, controlled touches while moving at speed.
After reaching the target, they turn and dribble back.
Repeat with different distances, directions, and speeds.
Zig-Zag Dash: Dribble through a line of cones.
Gate Dash: Dribble through random gates placed around the area.
Weak-Foot Dash: Dribble using only the non-dominant foot.
Time Challenge: How many dashes can they complete in 30 seconds?
Dash & Change: Teacher calls “Left,” “Right,” “Back,” and players dash-dribble in that direction.
