Description Of Activity
Warm-up:
- Light jogging, dynamic stretches (arm circles, leg swings, high knees).
- Ball-handling drills (juggling, dribbling around cones).
Passing Practice:
- Two-touch passing: Players pair up and pass the ball to each other with two touches.
- Wall passing: Players pass the ball against a wall and control the rebound.
- Zigzag passing: Players pass the ball between cones in a zigzag pattern.
Shooting Practice:
- Target shooting: Players shoot at a target (e.g., small cones, goals) from different distances.
- Shooting on the move: Players dribble towards the goal and shoot while moving.
- Combination play: Players combine passing and shooting in small-sided games (e.g., 2v1, 3v2).
Cool-down:
- Light jogging, static stretches (hamstring stretches, quadriceps stretches).
