Activity
Students will develop the essential technical foundation for a reliable tennis serve: proper grip, stance, weight transfer, and the ability to consistently reach the trophy position. They will learn how to establish a pre-serve routine for rhythm and confidence, coordinate their body movement with the toss, and maintain balance throughout the motion. Mastering these basics sets the stage for more advanced serve techniques, improves serve consistency, and builds the confidence needed to progress as a tennis player.
