Activity
Students will learn to generate most of their serve speed and power from the ground up, harnessing the kinetic chain for efficient, repeatable, and powerful serves. They will understand the importance of a strong, balanced trophy position, proper leg loading, and explosive upward drive, as well as how to coordinate shoulder rotation and arm swing for maximum effect. Mastery of this sequence not only increases serve speed but also reduces arm strain and risk of injury, as the whole body contributes to the motion.
