Activity
Students will learn to consistently find the optimal contact point for their serve—directly above and slightly in front of the body, inside the shoulder line. They will understand how to use the non-dominant arm and legs to naturally and efficiently reach this contact, promoting active shoulder rotation for maximum power and control. Practicing balance at the contact point ensures players maintain stability and control throughout the motion, reducing errors and risk of injury.
It depends on your type and line of shot you want to hit.
