Sprint Ladder Drill

Description Of Activity

Place a ladder flat on the ground. Students sprint through the ladder placing one foot per square as fast as possible. After completing the ladder, they sprint an additional 10 meters.

Variations

Two feet per square
Zig-zag steps through the ladder
Finish with a 20m sprint

Emphasize knee lift and arm drive
Keep hips tall, back straight
