Activity
Students will perform flutter kick with straight legs and proper rhythm, generating forward propulsion over 5–10 meters while maintaining a streamlined posture.
Holding kickboards with arms extended, students practice flutter kicks while keeping legs straight. Emphasis is placed on small, fast kicks from the hips rather than the knees. Students are encouraged to keep their body streamlined, head in line with the spine. Short swims are done first, gradually increasing distance. Teacher provides feedback on rhythm and leg propulsion. Games like "kick to the wall" add fun and motivation.
