Students will float independently in the jellyfish position for 15–20 seconds, demonstrate core relaxation, regulate breathing, and make small self-adjustments to maintain balance without support.
Students float on their backs with knees bent and arms overhead, forming a relaxed jellyfish shape. Teacher supports head and back initially, guiding students to relax muscles and maintain stability. Breathing remains calm and rhythmic. Students practice floating independently for increasing durations. Gentle rocking or small arm movements are added to refine balance.
