Description Of Activity

Students line up along the poolside holding kickboards. On signal, they flutter kick to the opposite wall, focusing on small, fast leg movements from the hips. Emphasis is on streamlining the body, keeping head in line, and steady breathing. Teacher observes rhythm and technique, offering guidance. Races add excitement and encourage consistent kicking.
