Description Of Activity

Skill: Basic

Equipment Required:

Basic Long Skipping Rope – One per 3 or more persons

Activity Description

• Turners: Make waves by moving your arms up and down.
• Jumpers: Can you time it so you jump over the lowest part of the wave

 Progression 

Easy: Turners can keep it slow on speed and not high above the ground Hard: Turners make it faster and higher to make it harder Challenge: Ad twists & turns while jumping over the rope.
