Improve foot–eye coordination through repeated ball touches.
Develop quick footwork and rhythm.
Enhance balance and core control while tapping the ball.
Build confidence in basic football ball-handling skills.
Each student places a football in front of them.
They begin by lightly tapping the top of the ball with the right foot, then the left foot, alternating continuously.
Students should stay light on their toes, keeping the ball in one spot.
Continue toe taps for 2030 seconds, then rest.
Repeat 34 rounds.
Teacher Cues:
Light touches!
Stay on your toes.
Look ahead, not down.
Alternate feet.
Speed Round: How many toe taps in 30 seconds?
Move Around: Students toe-tap while slowly moving forward/backward.
Toe Tap + Turn: 10 toe taps → one full body turn → continue.
Partner Mirror: One student leads the speed; the other copies.
Toe Tap Relay: Teams toe-tap to a cone and back.
