Students will improve passing accuracy.
Students will develop proper force control while passing.
Students will enhance hand–eye or foot–eye coordination (depending on ball used).
Students will learn to receive and control a rebounding ball.
Students stand 24 meters away from a wall or rebound surface.
On the coachs signal, each student passes the ball towards the wall using either hands (chest pass/bounce pass) or feet (push pass/instep pass).
The ball bounces back from the wall and the student controls it (catch or trap).
Continue passing for 3045 seconds focusing on accuracyaim at a marked target on the wall.
Increase difficulty by adding:
Smaller target area
Faster repetitions
One-touch return pass
Left/right-hand or foot alternate passes
Partner version: One student passes to the wall, partner receives the rebound.
Moving version: Students move side-to-side while passing.
Timed challenge: Count how many accurate passes hit the target in 30 seconds.
Distance challenge: Increase distance from the wall.
Keep eyes on the target while passing.
Use correct body posture—knees slightly bent and balanced stance.
Follow through towards the wall after each pass.
Encourage soft control when receiving the rebound.
