Coach marks a target square on the wall using tape/chalk.
Students perform continuous chest passes at the target.
After each pass, they quickly catch the ball rebounding off the wall.
After 1015 repetitions, switch to bounce passes towards the base of the wall.
Increase speed gradually while maintaining accuracy.
Advanced: One-hand passes, overhead passes, or side passes.
One-touch passing: Catch and immediately pass without holding the ball.
Alternate hands: Right-hand pass → Left-hand pass.
Moving laterally: Pass while shuffling right and left.
Timed challenge: Count accurate passes in 30 seconds.
Partner relay: Partner retrieves rebound and returns to passer.
Keep elbows up and push through the pass (don’t throw with only the arms).
Stand balanced with knees slightly bent.
Aim at the center of the target.
Absorb the ball softly while catching.
Encourage quick decision-making and consistent rhythm.
