Learning Outcomes

Main aim of this process is tought the students how equal and jungle based society changed into urban and disciplined communities. How they changed from hunting and food gathering to food producers. How some people become rich and some poor, some jamindars and some slaves, some lower caste and some upper class. Natural worship changed into Hindu traditions and rituals. Some became traders  this big transformation we will see this process. 

Description Of Activity

First of all we manage in the ground some games like  javelin, arrow and bow, sword, gullel, Archery. They form their appearance tribal people type and their tools and weapons also. They  will go in the ground and forest areas of school camps where they collect forest based eatable with the help of teacher and they will play equal role and take equal sare. 

After this process we will manage group games like kabbadi and football,kho, kho  they will play collectively games 

Teacher will divide whole class into two groups in kabbadi match one raider will go other groups if he come back he'll become hero and other players will play as his army role. 

Variations

In this process single tribesmen come in the contact of group members the will learn each other. They will move from one place to another dominate people become king and upper class and lower class and they'll  come contact with other kingdoms and try to change into society based upper class. 

Coaching Tips

In this process teacher will play anchor role try to differentiate between nature based society to urban culture and discipline Hindu society. 

Equipment/Material Required

Play ground of football, kho kho,kabbadi, old tribal tools and weapons, mask, dress of paper and wood. Books,note books.
