Students can learn perimeter through the measurement of football ground.(Any other sports ground can also be used)

students learn how a ground perimeter can they measure.

Description Of Activity

A fotball ground consists of 02 sidelines and 02 baselines

With the help of measuring tape students measure the length of 02 sidelines and 02 baselines.

Sum of all fourlines (02 sidelines+02 baselines) will be the perimeter of a football ground. 

Variations

Any other ground like kabaddi, baskeball, handball, hockey etc. can we use to measure perimeter.

Coaching Tips

Both the sidelines and baselines are same in length of football ground.

Students learn about the width of each line.

Other related rules of football also can we teach to the students.
