Description Of Activity

  Students of say 20 no are asked to stand in a line. Asked to take numbers from one end.

Numbers 1 and 20 are asked to come closer and take hand in hand.

Asked all of them to move away as much as possible by holding their neighbors hand. As thet stretch thy will be standing in a circle. Mark their position or path by powder. Keep one ball at the centre. Now with the help of tape they are asked to measure the distance between the ball and each student on the circle.

Ask them to move 2 steps outward without holding hand.

Then the teacher give command that “in the pond” they should jump on both legs into the circle without touching the boundary. When say “Of the pond” they should jump out without touching the boundary. Repeats the command by changing the order of the command. Whoever do not follow will be out. It continues till one student remains who is the winner.

Variations

When  10 students are out they may begin the same game , Thus forming another circle with small radius . Thus radius , circle interior exterior can be introduced.
