Students will be enable to understand various components of Balance Diet.
They uderstand that a body requires all the nutrients for proper function .
This game cultivate skills like cooperation, leadership and teamwork.
It cultivate an interest of students in sports.
1. In ground two teams will made .
2. First team will make a circle . This team denotes a Living being(Human body).
3. Second team will confined within the circle. They are provided with the paper labels of various nutrients - Carbohydrates, Proteins, Fat, Vitamins, Minerals, Water and Roughage.
4. First team try to hit the opposite players with a ball and eliminate them. The objective of this team is to hit all the complete set of Balance Diet ( Carbohydrate, Protein, Fat , Vitamin, Minerals, Water and Roughage) .
5. Maximum 20 minutes or elimination of one set of balance diet Players will be given and then Team positions will be interchanged.
6. The team taking Least time will be announced winner.
More than one ball can be used by outer team.
